Much has been written about the war that changed this country's perception of itself. The Society has a large collection of items related to this war.
Military Biographies
- Jerry Rohlinger -- USAF Oct. 1966 - Oct. 1970.
- Tim Siebert -- National Guard, Alexian Brothers standoff.
- Eric (Ric) Rossier was drafted Dec. 26th 1965, and went through 8 weeks of basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. From there he went to Advance Training for 12 weeks at Fort Gordon, GA. There he attended the Army Signal Corp school. He graduated as a 31M20. His active service was at Fort Huachuca, AZ. In October of 1966 Eric was assigned to Vietnam and traveled via troop ship. He was mustered out of the active Army in October, 1967 from Fort Lewis, WA. On his web site, Eric has posted a large number of photos he took while stationed at Qui Nhon.
